ASLEF members are now receiving ballot papers in our pay dispute with Croydon Tramlink. We need a big Yes vote to force management to make an acceptable offer.
Your reps have done their best over many months of meetings to persuade management to make a better offer. They are not prepared to do so. That means our only option is to show them we are prepared to fight. The fact that we find out from the local papers that management plan to impose new rosters that have not been agreed or even consulted on with your reps shows what the company believes it can get away with. Please make sure to vote Yes and to return your ballot paper as soon as possible to show management that you are not prepared to be treated this way.
